2.    Proof of Residency (Copy of Certified Mail)

3.    Current Physical and Shot Record

4.    Enrollment Packet (Consent Forms, etc.)

5.    Regular Size Book Bag

6.    Extra change of clothing (top, bottom,

and underwear) labeled with initials.

Sometimes our little ones want to come to school with new supplies just like their big brothers and sisters. The following supplies are not required but  will always be appreciated and used!
